Counselling and Psychotherapy in Islington, North London, N1 Ready for a change? Are there times when you feel you could be living your life more fully? Psychotherapy provides a space in which to think about the your life and how you would like to be living. As a psychotherapist I provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space in which we can think about your life and hopes for the future. By looking at you and the patterns in your life together, we seek a fuller understanding in a therapeutic relationship. As in all experiences, understanding and insight take time to emerge. Regular sessions are essential - after all no one expects results after one trip to the gym! Through regular meetings greater insight and understanding develop - freeing us from negative patterns and allowing for more energy and a greater capacity to experience life more fully and freely. Together we can explore your feelings.... What holds you in negative patterns? Why is will power ultimately so useless as a means of deep personal change?
